We all have seen ‘Mahabharata‘ serial or even have heard the story of it. It is one of the biggest and the most adventurous learning story about Indian mythology. What if these characters of ‘Mahabharata’ do come alive in the present era. Well, that’s the logic of Akshat Verma’s ‘Mama’s Boys‘
In this short flick of 16 mins 32 seconds, Director Akshat, sums up the whole story of what could have happened if those mythological gods turn into today’s reality. The short film stars Aditi Rao Hydari as Draupadi, Neena Gupta as Kunti, Amol Parashar as Arjun, Anuroday Singh as Bhim, Akshay Oberoi as Yudhishtir, Vivaan Shah as Nakul and Late Razak Khan as Shakuni Mama.
This short movie isn’t at all a mythological drama, it mostly talks about today’s reality with the story of Mahabharata mythological gods. I must say, Aditi Rao Hydari looks perfect in the main character of Draupadi. It’s overall a fun film with a good story concept.
