SHOCKING!: Varun Dhawan Removes Govinda’s Name From Judwaa 2 Song!!
War of the words between Varun Dhawan and Govinda was one of the most shocking things in the film industry. Overall, Varun Dhawan is called new age Govinda, all thanks to his impeccable comic timing and dance moves. The actor has also praised Govinda on multiple occasions. But, it seems that everything is not well with both the actors.
It all started when Govinda got upset with the comparison between him and Varun. Raja Babu actor used some sharp words to show his displeasure to the comparison. At that time, Varun didn’t say any ill words to the senior actor but it seems that the actor was waiting for right time. Badlapur actor has not forgotten the insults, it seems.
Are you still confused what we are talking about? You can listen to the recreated version of Tan Tana Tan from Judwaa 2. The song has retained most of the old lyrics with few changes of course. But one thing that stuck to us was the absence of Govinda’s name from the song. Govinda’s name was mentioned in the old song, which is not the case with the new one.
Listen to the Old Tan Tana Tan
In the original Tan Tana Tan, there was a line that says “Govinda hai hero aur Madhuri hai heroine”. In the new song featuring Varun Dhawan, Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez, the line has been removed. It is now quite clear that the Dhawans are not in the mood of letting go.
Now, Check Out the new Tan Tana tan
If you don’t have any idea what started this feud, don’t worry folks. Govinda had used pretty strong words towards Varun when he was promoting his film Aa Gaya Hero. He said, “Ranveer Singh and Varun Dhawan both have a body like Salman Khan. But they can’t say it. If they call themselves as Salman Khan, then they won’t get films. They can’t afford to be against Khan. This is how the filmy world works. How can he (Varun) be like me? To become Govinda, he needs to be innocent, uneducated and a poor village boy. Varun is already a son of a director. In the last six years, he hasn’t done more than two films with his father, whereas I did 17 films with his father (David Dhawan),”
Govinda and David Dhawan were most successful Jodi of the 90s. Actor and director Duo has given hits after hits in the 90s. Over the years, their equation had turned sour. Talking about the same, Govinda said, “hen I asked David to make the 18th film with me, he took my subject and titled it Chashme Baddoor and cast Rishi Kapoor in it.Then I asked him to put me as a guest appearance. He didn’t do that too. After that, I didn’t meet him for some years. I kept requesting him to take at least one shot with me so that it could be my 18th film with him. But I don’t know what he had in his mind.”
Varun Dhawan is currently busy in the promotion of his upcoming film Judwaa 2. Judwaa 2 is the reboot of Judwaa, which had Salman Khan, Karishma Kapoor and Rambha in the lead roles. Judwaa 2 features Varun Dhawan in double roles, whereas Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez play the love interests. The movie is releasing on 29th September 2017.
