BCCI cleared Mohammad Shami of match-fixing charges and also awarded him with the annual central contract under Grade B. Shami now can play in Delhi Daredevils IPL team and Hemant Dua, the CEO of the franchise also welcomed Shami. The Indian pacer was practicing for IPL 2018 at Abhimanyu cricket academy, Dehradun and while returning to Delhi, a truck hit his car and Shami met with an accident. He got head injuries and several stitches too.
When Hasin, Shami’s wife came to know about the accident she desperately wanted to meet her husband. The woman who accused her husband of extra-marital affairs and match-fixing is now all of a sudden showing concern for him is surprising to us.
Hasin said, “My fight is against what he has done to me. But I do not want him to get hurt physically. He may not want me as a wife anymore. But I still feel for him and love him because he is my husband.I will pray to the God that he recovers quickly.”
Hasin also said that Shami is not responding to her calls, “I have been trying to get in touch with my husband. But he is not responding to my calls to his phone. Even his family members were not telling me where he is currently located. I feel helpless.”
Hasin’s lawyer Zakir Hussain also told, “Neither Shami nor his family members were taking her calls. We have learned that he started from a friend’s house in Dehradun late on Monday evening for Delhi. We, however, don’t know where he will stay in Delhi. Hence, Hasin was unable to fly till Monday. But the mother-daughter duo will reach Delhi the moment she has a confirmation about Shami’s whereabouts.”
Shami’s case is taking different turns and twists every day and we wish all these come to an end very soon.
