Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to star in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Chalti Ki Naam Gaadi’ remake
Talks had been going on ever since Rohit Shetty announced his film with Shah Rukh Khan. While some said it’s a remake of an old Hindi classic, others felt it is a sequel to SRK-Rohit’s hugely successful Chennai Express. But now we have a totally different story to tell.
We hear that the director has roped in Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opposite SRK in his next film, which is tentatively a remake of the cult classic film Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi. The original film had three heroes and a heroine.
With SRK and Aishwarya almost finalised to play the lead in the film, we still have to wait and see which two heroes would bag the other parts. While rumour has it that Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor might just clinch the role, in a previous interview, Rohit has already quashed such conjectures.
