We all know that Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is nowadays busy with her debut film Kedarnath where she is paired opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. A piece of fresh news coming in states that Sara is likely to have a role in Hindi Medium Sequel where she’ll be playing the role of Irrfan’s daughter- Pia.
“Sara is one of the top contenders to play the daughter,” informs a source.
To back this guess, we would like to tell you that producer Dinesh Vijan is a former business partner of Saif Ali Khan and collaborated with him for films like Love Aaj Kal, Agent Vinod, Cocktail, Go Goa Gone and Happy Ending. Also Sara’s mother Amrita Singh essayed the role of Principal in first installment of Hindi Medium.
About the story line of the second installment of the film, a source had also told mirror in a report that, “The story flash-forwards by a decade so five-year-old Pia will be in her teens now, around 15-16 years. The story will be a fresh take on the Indian educational system with little reference to the original.”
A media house got in touch with producer Dinesh Vijan to ask about the same, Dinesh said that, “I have just finished the script and I am going to get into the casting now.”
Lead of the film Saba Qamar also expressed her desire to be part of the Hindi Medium sequel. She had said, “After the massive success of Hindi Medium, the producers are all set for a sequel. I hope Irrfan and I get to work in the second installment of the blockbuster.”
