After two weeks of its release Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju’s collection has come down, but it hasn’t stopped raking in a good amount at the box office. It is on its third week and has crossed the 300 crore club on its 16th day. This is Ranbir’s big achievement in his career as none of his previous movies have raked in such a huge amount. Sanju left behind SLB’s ‘Padmaavat’ and it has become the highest box office success of 2018. 
Sanju earned Rs. 34.75 Crore on the first day making its biggest opener of the year 2018. On top of that, the movie earned Rs. 120 Crore in just 3 days with a whopping sum of 46.71 Crore on Sunday. Sanju has already broken many records at the box office. On its 7th day i.e on Thursday, it entered the 200 crore club by minting Rs 202.51 crore. It earned Rs 9.25 crore on its 11th day making the total box office number Rs 270 crore. On day 12 it collected Rs 8 crore with a sum of approx Rs 278 crore. On day 13 the total collection was Rs 284.58 crore approx. On 13th July it entered the third week and on its 15th day i.e on Friday it collected Rs 4.42 crore making the total collection Rs 299.60 crore. Finally, on the 16th day, it entered the 300 crore club by collecting Rs 7.75 crore, thereby the total collection is Rs 307.35 crore approx. In 17 days Sanju beat the collection of Padmaavat’s lifetime collection (Rs 302.15 crore). 
Till now Sanju has broken several records and it got enlisted on the All Time Blockbuster Films list. Sanju is on the fifth position in this list.
