Salman Khan was all set to step into villain’s shoes in Dhoom 4 has backed out of the project. Initially buzz stated that because of Abhishek Bachchan, Salman refused to be part of the project.
A DNA report claimed that during an interview, actor revealed the actual reason for not being part of Dhoom 4. Salman said that want to portray a negative character on the big screen and hence, backed out of the project. He also said that he got a massive fan following and he don’t want to send out any wrong message to his followers by indulging in wrongdoings on the silver screen.
A buzz of Salman Khan locked for Dhoom 4 started doing rounds last year. A source told Mid Day earlier in June, this year that, “While Salman and Aditya have been discussing Dhoom 4 for over a year, the deal was finally locked last week post the release of ‘Race 3’. Adi plans to release ‘Dhoom 4’ in 2020. Vijay Krishna Acharya, who is busy shooting Thugs of Hindostan, will direct the movie.”
Post Salman Khan’s exit from the project, makers are planning to rope Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor in the role. But recently Yash Raj Films denied all the rumors and said that “‘Dhoom 4’ is yet to begin.”
