Salman Khan Filed A 100 Crore Defamation Suit Against A TV Channel Over Chinkara Case
Bollywood Dabangg Salman Khan has recently been in the negative limelight due to his statement over Pakistani actors. At latest, he filed a defamation suit against a TV channel blaming them that they have maliciously documented the story.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Salman Khan has filed a defamation suit in Bombay High Court. The suit has been filed before a division bench of the HC in August, where Salman claimed that a sting operation conducted by the channel in the 1998 Chinkara poaching case is defamatory and malicious.
As per the sting operation, “witnesses claimed they saw Khan shoot the endangered chinkaras in Jodhpur” but later “witness/es turned hostile and claimed the video was doctored”.
On the film front, Salman Khan will next be seen in Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight’ and Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. Meanwhile, Salman Khan will be seen as a host of Bigg Boss Season 10.
