Synopsis: The B Town is back with another Hollywood remake which comes in the form of Chef , which is the same title of the western movie. The film is directed by the Airlift fame filmmaker Raja Menon, while it is produced by the music tycoon Bhushan Kumar along with others under the banner of T Series, Bandra West Pictures and Abudantia Entertainment. The makers of the film have also announced the release date of the movie which will be hitting in July 2017 on 14th of the said month. The film has Saif Ali Khan and Neha Saxena in the lead role. The actress hails from the South Indian film industry and Chef will mark her debut in B Town opposite Saif Ali Khan.
Talking about the plot of the Chef , it revolves around the life of a chef which will be played by Saif Ali Khan who leaves his lucrative job of chef in a top notch hotel in the country and returns to his native place in Kochi to start his own venture of a food truck along with his friend and son. The film has hit the floor with Saif Ali Khan has already started the shoot for the said movie. The film will be shot in different places including Kerala, Goa, Rajasthan, Delhi and Punjab, while in the overseas locations; the makers are likely to cover Europe for a small portion of the movie. Saif has undergone a special formal training in culinary skills to play the character in the movie. The makers are yet to release the other star cast details of the movie.
