Raveena Tandon not joining politics; miffed with the rumours

Is social media a boon or curse? This question always arises as things which haven’t happened does the rounds on social media most of the time. The latest victim of unnecessary rumours doing the rounds on a micro blogging site is the Mast Mast Girl of Bollywood, actress Raveena Tandon.

The ‘Satta’ actress was taken by surprise when on Saturday morning she saw her name in the list of actress’ to appear for a press conference planning to join political parties. Raveena is known to speak her mind out fearlessly on issues she feel must be addressed, the actress immediately took to Twitter clarifying the news of her joining politics is absolutely baseless. She was also seen taking a dig at the news portal which started spreading rumours about her political connection.

With number of hits in her kitty, Ravishing Ravs was busy shooting for a short movie in which, she will be seen playing a middle class woman. Reportedly, actor Manoj Bajpai will be seen opposite Raveena, playing her husband in the short movie. Both the actors were seen together in critically and commercially successful movies like ‘Shool’ and ‘Aks’.
