Ranveer Singh Gets Emotional As He Talks About The Criticism He Receives For His Enthusiasm
Ranveer Singh is one of the finest actor in Bollywood and one can’t deny that. He has given his heart and soul into every character he has played till date whether it is Khilj or Simmba and now Gully Boy is another milestone of his career.
Ranveer tells BBC Asian Network in a recent interview that it is not easy to maintain work-life balance. “It’s difficult. It’s not easy,” said Ranveer.
Well it takes a-lot to give back-to-back hits and sustain up-to the benchmark that he has set himself. In living up-to everyone’s expectations, it takes a toll on his health. Actor expressed that how people criticize him for being too ‘enthusiastic’.
He said, “It’s particularly difficult when you get brickbats for just giving. People saying that it’s too much, ‘Why don’t you just curb your enthusiasm.’ It hurts. But it’s okay. People have their own way of perceiving. Every person is wired differently and has their own life experiences that predispose them to perceive certain things in a certain way.”
He further added, “But yes, there is one part of me that wants to conserve. But I am not the kind of person that can hold back. I am just a giver.”
On work front, Ranveer Singh is gearing up for Kabir’s ’83’ that has him playing the former Indian skipper Kapil Dev. Also he is in roped in by Dharma Productions for ‘Takht’ which will be directed by Karan Johar.
