Baahubali 2 got released in over 8000 screens in India and doing very well at the box office. On its first day, it did a collection of around 100 crores including all versions. It took a few days to earn 100 crores for Baahubali: The Beginning but the second installment earned more than 100 crores in three days only. Now, it has raked in 1000 crores which is a history in Indian cinema. The Indian cinema has not witnessed such huge success of any movies earlier. From the makers to the star cast, everyone is in cloud nine situations.

When Rana Daggubati aka Bhallaladeva was asked about its 1000 crores earnings, he laughed and said, “Hahaha, it is exciting. It is a huge number, ask me.” He thanked the media and press saying, “We want to thank every single person of the press in Mumbai and across the country. They really supported the film and owned it. They are why we are here today, and they have made it what it is today. The way the media rallied around the film was very encouraging.”
