According to the recent reports, Rakhi Sawant’s brother who is a director has been charged for the case of sexual harassment. So the story goes..
A television actress named Ritu Khanna has a filed a case against Rakesh for alleged throwing some lewd comments on her. She was at a popular coffee shop in Lokhandwala area of Mumbai when this incident took place. Apparently, 40-year-old director was in a drunken state when Ritu walked in the coffee shop with her boyfriend. He and his friends then supposedly passed few lewd comments to the lady. Further, the reports suggest that Rakesh also tried to click pictures of the actress through his cell phone. This didn’t settle down well with the actress and she then filed a complaint in the Oshiwara Police station.
Reports say that Prakash has been booked under IPC section 504 and 509. He was later released on bail.
