The news of Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam’s budding romance has been making news for a while now. Speculations became rife when Pulkit announced separation from his wife Shweta Rohira. Stories of Pulkit’s proximity with Yami Gautam during the shoot of Sanam Re affecting his equation with wife soon started making rounds. The Bollywood actor has been constantly refuting all stories of his affair with his co-star. However, rumours of Pukit & Yami’s affair refuse to die down.
Now we hear that the Fukrey actor’s family was well aware of their married son’s antics.
Yes, it is said that Pulkit’s wife Shweta had been to Shimla to spend time with hubby Pulkit when he was busy with the shoots of Sanam Re. But Pulkit’s family was already present there and they were kind of holidaying in Shimla.
Soon she noticed her in-laws getting on friendly terms with Yami, the leading lady of the film, who in turn reciprocated in the same way. Shweta was quite surprised to see how cordial their equation turned out to be in such a short span. A major blow came when she noticed how comfortable her dearest hubby was in Yami’s company.
Besides, Yami used to carry tiffin for Pulkit almost daily when they were shooting in Mumbai! There were also reports of Shweta allegedly slapping Yami in a hotel gym where they were staying while in Shimla.
The website also quoted a source saying, “It is a known fact that Pulkit’s parents were not too fond of Shweta right from the start. They did not show any kind of objection to the budding relationship between Pulkit and Yami as well. This has shocked Shweta’s family to a great extent and they are deeply hurt. However, they are not the types to indulge in mud-slinging and would like this matter to end in the most dignified way as possible. Shweta is rebuilding her career and life and they want to focus on the positive aspects.”
So now we know, what could have forced Shweta to hit Yami hard. Poor girl had no support even from her in-laws to save her marriage.
