Lok Sabha Election 2019 is the biggest festival in the world’s biggest democracy. This presidential style election is touted as Modi Vs the rest, as all the opposition parties have come together with one single goal to stop Prime Minister Narendra Modi from reelecting. However, the main opposition party Indian National Congress is leaving no stone unturned to make its party chief Rahul Gandhi, the only option to defeat PM Modi.
In an effort to establish Congress as the main opposition to BJP, Rahul’s sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was made general secretary of Congress for Eastern Uttar Pradesh and she is conducting several public rallies and gathering in the state and rest of the country. She is listing out all that Congress will offer if the party comes to power. However, it seems that Priyanka’s lack of experience in politics is becoming tough for her, as she fumbled big time while addressing a rally in Fatehpur Sikri.
At the public rally, Priyanka Gandhi was talking about the promises made by Congress in its manifesto for 2019 General Election. She said that there are several schemes in Congress manifesto that will provide free health to all. She soon realized her mistake and corrected it by saying “free health services” with laughter. However, by the time she realized the mistake and corrected it, the damage was already done.
