Priyanka Chopra Reaction On Co-Star Zaira Wasim’s Decision To Quit Bollywood!

The ‘Sky Is Pink’ film promotion has started today from Mumbai city. Priyanka is going to appear in the dance reality show of Madhuri Dixit ‘Dance Deewane’. Priyanka Chopra made her come back in Bollywood with Shonali Bose’s film The Sky Is Pink. All seem very excited to see her in this film after three years. It will also be the last film starring Zaira Wasim.

She started her acting journey with blockbuster film Dangal and then she did Advait Chandan’s directorial debut film Secret Superstar. Zaira made her statement official on Instagram,

This is a  huge message but it is worth reading. In a recent interview, Priyanka opened on the diva’s decision to quit Bollywood and said, “It’s a personal choice. Who are we to dictate what someone should and shouldn’t do? She is an amazing actor who has done incredible work. We will always wish her the best.”

She also talked about the conversations the two had and said, “I’ve spoken to her many times, but not about her decision to quit films. That’s none of my business. She’s an amazing artist but maybe it was time for her…”

The Sky is Pink is a real-life story of  Aisha Chaudhary, played by Zaira, who was born with an autoimmune disorder and was later diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis that caused her early demise.
