On November 30, 2017 Disha Vakani was blessed with a baby girl. Since then makers were expecting a call from her regarding when she is coming back to work. But it looks like Disha want to spend maximum time with her daughter and want to focus on family.
Once again the rumors are doing rounds that Disha Vakani is quitting the show and makers of TMKOC are has started look for the new face to fill-in her space. The producer of the show, Asit Modi denied this rumor saying that- “The shooting conditions are tough and since Disha’s baby is still very young she needs her. We haven’t discussed about her return yet and there is no official confirmation on Disha quitting Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma.”A source close to the show revealed that-
“We are in touch with Disha to start the shoot. But she has yet not given a nod. Considering her baby is very small, production is willing to be understanding in terms of timing and schedule, like we were in the final months of her pregnancy. But she wants to focus more on her personal commitments at the moment. But we are trying very hard to bring her back on the sets asap.”
A fresh reports suggest that ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’ actress Giaa Manek has been signed to play the character of Dayaben in ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma’. Well there is official announcement from the production house.
