Refuting the reports of her arrest, nymphet Poonam Pandey, on Monday, said that she is perfectly fine at her home.
She shared a video message at her Instagram page and said, “Hey guys, I had a movie marathon last night, I watched three movies back-to-back and it was fun. I have been getting calls since last night that I have been arrested. And I am seeing this in news as well. I am home and I am perfectly fine. Love you all.”
It was reported earlier that the Nasha actress Poonam Pandey along with her male friend were arrested by Mumbai Police for violating the lockdown norms on Sunday night. They were seen roaming at Marine Drive area in their BMW car for no good reason. Police had also sealed the car, they were travelling in.

“A case has been registered in opposition to Pandey and Sam Ahmad Bombay (46) underneath sections 269 (Negligent act prone to unfold an infection of a illness harmful to life) and 188 (Disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and underneath provisions of the Nationwide Catastrophe Act,” a senior police inspector Mrityunjay Hiremath told a leading news agency.
It is quite shocking though that Poonam took an entire day to float a clarification on her ‘arrest’ reports.
Meanwhile, Poonam shot to fame during the 2011 Cricket world cup when she claimed to strip all for team India. She later bagged a Bollywood movie Nasha. She also worked with the veteran Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor in the film ‘The Journey Of Karma’. It made headlines as both were seen giving intense intimate scenes.
