Pics: Newlyweds Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are back in town and they look nothing less than Royalty
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are back in Mumbai after their wedding in Italy. At the airport on Sunday, Both were dressed in color-coordinated outfit by Dressed in Sabyasachi. Deepika wore a straight-cut beige suit with traditional red Banarasi dupatta, with sindoor on her forehead, henna on her hands and traditional red ‘chooda’ on her wrists. Ranveer sported a matching kurta-pyjama with a pink Nehru jacket.
While heading towards their car, Ranveer had his protective arm around Deepika. That’s really cute! Isn’t it? Have a look on the series of pictures below:
From airport, they directly headed to Ranveer’s parents’ house in Khar where they performed their first post-wedding ceremony- Griha Pravesh. Later Ranveer and Deepika stepped out to greet media who was waiting for them outside their apartments. The newlyweds waved at the cameras and posed for the shutterbugs.

After a fairytale wedding at Lake Como in Italy, newlyweds Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be hosting three wedding receptions — the first one at Deepika’s home town Bengaluru, followed by one in Mumbai on November 28 for press. On December 1, they will host a reception at Mumbai’s Grand Hyatt for their industry friends.
