Story:
It’s a story of a girl whose mind plays terrible tricks on her and she is so petrified that she can’t even think of moving outside from the house. Radhika fears that she could get killed if she tried to go outside of her house. With mere four characters in the film, the movie is still let you keep at the edge of your seat. It’s a horrific battle of a person with its own self.
Plot:
Radhika is playing the lead character in the movie Mahek. Mahek is a painter by profession but went into a trauma zone after seeing some horrific incidents in her life. She even had a tragic experience in one of a taxi ride which etched in her soul forever. She has a mystify boyfriend Shaan (Satyadeep Mishra) and a talkative neighbor Nikki (Yashashvini Dayama) which helps the course of the whole movie. She feels that the next door person, Mannu (Ankur Vikal) is the man behind all the hineous crime that haunted her.
Direction, Music, and Screenplay:
Pawan Kripalani, who had helmed the scary ‘Ragini MMS’, did a commendable job to scare us like hell. He is at its best to engross us in the spookiest Psychological Movie. The Background score will rip you apart and will give you the Goosebumps in some of the scenes. The screenplay is not following the continuity formula and you will not know what visual going to come next. It’s a good film with a good content and a scary dose by Radhika Apte.
The last word:
Altogether, the film is a very good attempt from the makers whose story is fresh and freaky. You can go for this movie without much thinking. If you are cinema freak then Radhika Apte will give scare you till hell! Good scary movie after a long time.
