Parineeti Chopra who made her acting debut with the movie ‘Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl’ in 2011, has received many awards and nominations which include Filmfare and National Film Award.

Many actresses like Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor have sung songs like ‘Samjhawan’ and ‘Galliyan’ respectively and mesmerized their fans with their charming voices and surprised them with their hidden talent. Now, Parineeti is all set to drool the public with her latest release ‘Maana Ki Hum Yar Nahin’ from the movie ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’.
She seemed to sing the song with such an ease that everyone got surprised with her amazing singing skills. She has already done many stage shows as a kid. She is well-trained in singing and yet waited for so many years for her singing debut in the Bollywood industry.
Few actresses such as Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sonakshi Sinha have already entered the league of Actresses-turning-singers. According to a pole, Parineeti won the pole of the best female debut singer.
Sonakshi Sinha’s ‘Aaj Mood Ishqholic Hai, Jacqueline Fernandez’s ‘GF BF’, Alia Bhatt’s ‘Sooha Saaha’, Shraddha Kapoor’s ‘Galliyaan Unplugged’ and Parineeti Chopra’s ‘Maana ke hum yaar nahin’, were a part of the pole list. Out of these, Parineeti Chopra’s ‘Maana ke hum yaar nahin’, won 43% votes. It was highest among all the other songs. The competition was very close between Shraddha who won 42% votes.
Parineeti’s decision of making her first debut in the industry was a success. People have seemed to like her voice so far. Though the competition seems to be increasing between the actresses for their songs, it will be interesting to watch them come up with more such songs.
