To interrupting her in the middle, Ayushmann Khurrana said, “That’s the beauty of our nation. We live in a democracy… You can take an opinion, give an opinion. It can be negative, it can be positive and that’s the beauty. Of course being in public eye, it’s up to you how you want to use the medium.”
Recently, Sonu Nigam said, “I am a secular person. It was not about azaan, it was about the loud sound. Playing loud sound on a speaker is gundagardi for me. What is happening to the country? Anyone can lynch anyone or anyone can issue a fatwa. I’m not talking about any single religion.”
Both of them didn’t poke it into the controversy, they stayed out of it. As they don’t want their film Meri Pyaari Bindu to suffer in any way. Directed by Akshay Roy, the film is all set to hit the theaters on May 12, 2017.
Overall, Sonu Nigam was upset because his comment has been taken in a wrong way.
