Ranveer Singh came to chill with Salman Khan on Bigg Boss 9, where the two were totally having a blast. Ranveer was there to promote Bajirao Mastani, which everyone knows was envisioned with Salman Khan in mind. Sanjay Leela Bhansali wanted to cast Salman andAishwarya Rai as Bajirao and Mastani but that obviously didn’t happen. When Ranveer praised Salman’s performance in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Salman, in his deadpan voice said –

Bhansali saab abhi tak Khamoshi aur Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam ki wajah se hi bache hue hain…(Bhansali is surviving only because of Khamoshi and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam).

But sabki aan sabki shaan, sabka ek bhaijaan then said that he loved the promos, especially Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in the movie!
