Hrithik Roshan is one actor who has been going through a lot these days. If his personal life is chaotic, his professional life has not been on a high either. Mohenjo Daro was expected to be a hit but the film bombed so badly that the effect was seen on the makers, UTV, who had decided to shut the movie-making arm of the firm. Now, we can’t say for sure if Mohenjo Daro ‘s failure is the reason behind it but reports suggest it is one of the many reasons. Obviously, these aren’t great times for him. Also, we told you how Bollywood has alienated him all of a sudden. And guess that’s why he has decided it’s time to be self-dependent. We hear Hrithik has decided he will not ask anyone in the industry to promote his film and will go solo.
During Bang Bang, everyone came together for the Bang Bang dare, which Ranveer Singh won hands down. But the same actor chose to side with Akshay Kumar when Rustom clashed with Mohenjo Daro. Rustom definitely got more love and that apparently has made Hrithik resolve that he will do it on his own when Kaabil gets ready for release. A source revealed to us, “He will promote it everywhere but won’t ask for help from anyone. He saw what the industry did when Mohenjo Daro was ready for release and thus won’t request anyone to throw their weight behind the film.
