Okay, we have always know Nia Sharma for her I-don’t-give-a-damn attitude and her bold style statements, but even we didn’t expect her to go kissing a GIRL. Yes really! The liberal actress was recently snapped in a lip-lock with her co-star and close friend, Reyhna Malhotra. Reyhna had posted the above picture on her Instagram account but following the flak the girl attracted on social media, the girl pulled it off.
Talking about their companionship, a source close to them informed a leading entertainment portal that the girls are BFFs and that they have a great time together posing for selfies and hanging out together. He further added, “They both are quite liberal in thoughts and do not shy away from being upfront.”When contacted, Reyhna informed the same portal that she finds this reaction ridiculous. The actress said, “Why so much hype about it? When a girl can kiss on cheeks, why not on lips? Nia and I, are very different kind of people. We like each other’s positive attitude and fashion sense. We have become very good friends and we enjoy each other’s company.”
That’s not where she ended. The actress went on to clarify her sexual orientation saying, “I had put up this pic on Instagram but fans took it very negatively. They started posting bad comments on the pic. Hence I had to take it off from Instagram. I want to make it clear that we both are not lesbians & very much straight. People kiss because they like that person. And with Nia and I share a very cute bond.”
