Newlywed Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have postponed their honeymoon? Here’s why

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married in a private ceremony at Lake Como, Italy, in presence of their families and close friends! None of the faces from Bollywood were seen at this wedding! However, the duo had organized a Reception for the entire Bollywood fraternity last night, at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai! While we are drooling over the pictures from the celebration last night, here’s a news that will sadden you a bit! Reportedly, the newlywed Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have postponed their honeymoon and here’s the reason why the duo had to take up this decision!

It was earlier known that Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be going on a mini honeymoon after their last wedding reception on December 1, latest update suggests how Ranveer and Deepika have in fact decided to keep their honeymoon only post the release of Simmba, that’s all set to hit the screens on December 28.

According to a report by a leading media house, Ranveer Singh will be joining Sara Ali Khan to shoot the title track of Simmba in the next 2 days, either in Goa or Mumbai. Director Rohit Shetty is currently wrapping up the patch work for the film with Singh’s duplicate and will finalise the song shoot only once he completes the patch work. So that leaves RS with no option but to finish off with the shoot of Simmba first and dive into the film’s promotions, before taking a break for his honeymoon with Deepika.
