Nawazuddin Was BANNED From Ram Leela; Thankful For Letting His Son Play Krishna
Nawazuddin Siddique was denied permission last year to perform at the Ram Leela event despite being well prepared only because he was a Muslim. The Shiv Sena interrupted and objected to the fact that he was a Muslim who could not in any way depict a Hindu figurine. This crushed Siddique’s dreams of performing at his hometown.
Nawazuddin Siddique took to Twitter to state his disappointment:
My childhood dream could not come true, but will definitely be a part of Ramleela next year.

However, his life took a U-turn when the school allowed his son to play Lord Krishna at the Janmashtami celebration at school. Nawazuddin was a proud and happy Father who took to twitter to thank the school. Here’s what he tweeted:
I am glad to the school of my kid . Who gave him an opportunity to play the character of " natkhat nandlala" pic.twitter.com/pJ9V1MHffX

We’re glad to see this little cutie fulfilling his dream. We hope that an actor as fine as Nawazuddin Siddique also gets to fulfill his dream very soon.
