Airlift became the first 100 crore film of 2016 and we are pretty sure Akshay is really proud of its collection. It at present made 102.76 crore and still counting. It’s a film made with an intention to let people know how a historic mass evacuation was carried off by India in 1990 which is yet to be paralleled by any. The film opened well as was expected because a film on the nation during Republic day is a clincher. Admirably, it continued to earn a lot of money and is already a very profitable film.
