Meet Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Perfect Daughter’ in New Piku Poster
PIKU IS SET TO RELEASE ON MAY 8
Actor Amitabh Bachchan revealed the new poster of his upcoming fim Piku on Twitter. The poster shows a startled Mr Bachchan as the aged father of a ‘perfect daughter’, played by Deepika Padukone, her arms wrapped around her parent.
Lest you think this a picture perfect relationship, know this – Piku is only the perfect daughter some of the time.
Mr Bachchan tweeted:

But who are you fooling Mr Bachchan? The trailer of the Shoojit Sircar-directed Piku indicates that if DeePIKU is less than perfect sometimes, her hypochondriac and cantankerous father is found wanting all of the time.
Piku, shot in Delhi and Kolkata, also stars Irrfan Khan, Moushumi Chatterjee and Jishu Sengupta. It releases on May 8.
