In the promo for the upcoming episode, Karan asks both the hunks if they have ever slept with a friend’s girlfriend. In case the answer is yes, they have to kiss Arjun Kapoor (who makes a special appearance on this episode) on the cheeks. And to everyone’s surprise, Ranbir gives Arjun a kiss on his cheeks, which is yes as an answer. Later, Arjun responds to it by asking if it’s his past girlfriend, which Ranbir denies with a blush.
