Karan Wahi felt sceptical as he returned to work after lockdown
The coronavirus pandemic has continued to rise but people are eventually learning to adapt to the ‘new normal’, as various sectors are starting to get functional in a phased manner, especially the entertainment industry.
During this time, TV personality Karan Wahi has revealed that he was very sceptical to begin work amidst this kind of atmosphere. He is recently shooting for the next season of Khatron Ke Khiladi titled, ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi: Made In India’.
He mentioned, “I was sceptical. I mean it was not easy stepping out knowing that your health is at risk. I signed my contract just one day before the shoot. I first made sure that proper safety precautions are being followed on the sets. Personally, I was very scared. So, I had a detailed discussion with the team.”
Talking about the production team of the reality show, he added, “The production team was very cooperative, and I do trust the channel. So, I said yes and eventually I have to work. I haven’t been doing anything for so many months, so I feel it’s okay to shoot for the show to make me mentally, emotionally and physically sane.”
The recent season of Khatron Ke Khiladi will feature action director Rohit Shetty as the host and contestants like Aly Goni, Harsh Limbachiyaa, Jasmine Bhasin, Nia Sharma and Jay Bhanushali.
