Karan Johar And MNS Settled Over Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Issue
Bollywood upcoming film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ is certainly one of those films which has been in the negative limelight for over 3 months. Recently, the movie was targeted by MNS party as the film stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. At latest, Karan Johar and MNS chief Raj Thackeray met Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis to settle the issue.
The meeting ended on a positive note and the MNS Party decided not to protest the movie on October 28. On the other hand, Karan Johar has agreed to pay a tribute to the Jawans of Uri Attack through his film. As he will include a collage photos of Jawans at the start of his film. This is not all; Karan Johar has decided to contribute a sum of money to the Army Welfare Fund.
Mukhesh Bhatt, who attended the meeting along with Karan, said, “I assured Fadnavis that the Producer’s Guild has decided that it will not work with Pakistani artistes in the future. Karan Johar said that he will run a special slate honouring the martyrs before the start of the movie. It’s a tribute from us to our soldiers
Film & Television Producers Guild of India president Mukesh Bhatt also said, “Karan Johar said that he will run a special slate honouring the martyrs before the start of the movie. It’s a tribute from us to our soldiers.” Mukesh Bhatt also said that our Guild members will monetarily aid in Army Welfare Fund. The director even pointed that the Guild will never work with an any Pakistani artists or members.
Recently, Mukesh Bhatt and Apoorva Mehta from Dharma also had a meeting with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh for a smooth release.
After meeting with CM, Raj Thackeray, “Every producer who has cast a Pakistani actor must contribute Rs 5 crore to the Army welfare fund.”
Overall, now it is clear that the film will be releasing on the very day alongside ‘Shivaay’.
