Recently, the makers have released the trailer of Kahaani 2, which garnered rave response on social media. When media asked the maker Sujoy Ghosh about the connection of this movie with Kahaani, he says it a totally different story. So, the audience will see something totally different this time but the genre is the same. In the flick, Vidya Balan is essaying the role of Durga Rani Singh, who has been charged with murder and kidnapping.
Produced by Jayantilal Gada, the film also stars Arjun Rampal as Sub-inspector Inderjeet Singh, Jugal Hansraj, Tota Roychoudhury and Kharaj Mukherjee. The film is slated to hit the theaters on December 2.
