Kabir Khan Declares Onset of His Next Salman Khan Starrer Film
Kabir Khan and Salman Khan are one of the most successful producer-actor duos of Bollywood and they are coming back for their third film together. The film is tentatively titled ‘Tubelight’ and the director has just announced that it will go on floors in the upcoming 25 days.
The filmmaker who recently won the Best Picture award for the last film with Salman Khan ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ this year at IIFA awards stated that the future plans for the film. He stated they have planned their next film and we will start shooting it exactly 25 days from today with Salman in Ladakh while interacting with the media at the post IIFA Awards event press-meet.
Based on a compelling human story inheriting a larger-than-life political backdrop will also feature the brother of Salman Khan, Sohail Khan. Earlier, they have worked together in films like ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?,’ ‘Veer,’ ‘Main Aurr Mrs Khanna’ and ‘Heroes.’
At the press meet with the media, he said that he have always believed in commercial films that are based on real story telling having the ground reality. Earlier the director has teamed up with Salman Khan for Yash Raj Films’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, with this project it will be the third collaboration of the duo. Both of the films were critically as financially acclaimed and set some new records in terms of box office collection.
We can expect the same punch from the producer-actor duo from the upcoming flick ‘Tubelight’. Last film of Kabir Khan ‘Phantom’ was as successful as it was desired on the box office.
