A few hours ago the makers of ‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi’ dropped its trailer online. The flick is the sequel to ‘Happy Bhag Jayegi’ (2016). In the first installment, we have seen Diana Penty, whereas Sonakshi Sinha is the new entry in the second installment. The trailer will surely tickle your funny bones.
Sonakshi seems to be the main female lead in the movie. She is kidnapped by Chinese people, Jimmy Sheirgill enters in the wedding attire who is still looking for his runaway bride Happy from the prequel. We see a glimpse of Diana and Ali Fazal towards the end of the trailer. The sequel will revolve around the confusions of the character ‘Happy’.

Happy Bhag Jayegi starred Diana Penty, Abhay Deol, Ali Fazal, Piyush Mishra and Jimmy Shergill in lead roles. It was a sleeper hit at the box office by raking in Rs 28.19 crore at the domestic market. Jassi Gill is the debutant in the sequel.
Directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Aanand L Rai and Krishika Lulla, the rom-com will hit the screens on August 24, 2018.
