Earlier there were reports that Govinda might be a guest of Koffee With Karan Season 5. Well, Karan Johar even said in the past that it would be an honour to invite Govinda on his show. But, things looks different now, as we heard that Govinda wasn’t been invited to his show as his home production film Badrinath Ki Dulhania is releasing the next week after Aa Gaya Hero.
In a latest interview to a leading daily, Govinda said,
“He (Karan) must have said that it would be a matter of national respect for him if he calls Govinda, but he is releasing Varunās (Dhawan) film just a week after my film. He shows that heās very humble and innocent, but woh mujhe David (Dhawan) se zyaada jealous and zyaada khatarnak lagta hai.”
He also goes on to compare David Dhawan and Karan Johar by saying,
“He has never called me in 30 years, he doesnāt see actors who are not the part of his group and doesnāt even say a hello, I doubt. Heās not that kind-hearted. Itās a well-planned and smart move by Karan that heās releasing his film a week after mine. Mujhe woh kabhi seedha nahi lagta hai.”
