GOVINDA BULLET INJURY: Sunita Ahuja shares update about her husband’s health . Says ‘kuch mahine mein ..’

In the early hours of Tuesday, Bollywood star Govinda sustained an accidental bullet injury, sparking concern across the entertainment industry. Several celebrities, including Shatrughan Sinha, David Dhawan, Sudesh Lehri, and Jackky Bhagnani, rushed to Criticare Hospital in Mumbai to check on the beloved actor. Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, has since shared a positive update, reassuring fans that he is recovering well. She confidently stated that the actor would be back to his energetic self, even dancing again in a few months.

On October 2, Sunita spoke to ANI outside the hospital, offering an update on Govinda’s condition. She revealed that his health had improved since the previous day and that he would be moved to a regular ward soon. Sunita added that Govinda was expected to be discharged within the next day or two. She also expressed heartfelt gratitude to fans for their overwhelming support, acknowledging the many who have been praying in temples and dargahs for his recovery.

“I would like to tell all the fans, don’t panic. Govinda is absolutely fine, and in a few months, he’ll be back to dancing. Thank you for all your prayers,” Sunita said, reassuring his loyal supporters.

The incident occurred early Tuesday morning when Govinda accidentally discharged his licensed revolver while placing it in the almirah. His manager, Shashi Sinha, explained that the gun fell to the ground, causing the bullet to misfire. Govinda quickly received medical attention, and the bullet was successfully removed.

Govinda himself released an audio message through Shiv Sena leader Krishna Hegde, expressing his gratitude for the outpouring of love and support. He confirmed that he was recovering well and the bullet had been removed.

Additionally, Govinda’s nephew, Krushna Abhishek, took to Instagram to provide further reassurance, thanking fans for their prayers and sending love. Meanwhile, figures like Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, Arshad Warsi, and Arbaaz Khan called the accident “unfortunate” and wished Govinda a speedy recovery.
