Gauahar Khan was in for a rude shock when her ex-boyfriend Kushal Tandon randomly shared a Stardust magazine cover featuring her. What was the problem? Well, this month’s cover features Ajay Devgn and not Gauahar. The picture of Gauahar Khan caught everyone’s attention because Kushal Tandon had shared it with a caption that left many stunned. It was never expected that he would ever speak about the leggy lass such amazing stuff. While sharing the picture he wrote, “@haiderkhanhaider saw this picture … click by my brother Haider khan ….. could not resist myself to share this picture of this stunner …. @gauaharkhan lady with grace, panache, oomph and style with a golden heart ……” Take a look at the picture below:

Little did they realise that this will soon blow out of proportion and become a huge controversy. Stardust sent out an official press release clarifying that Gauahar doesn’t even feature on their cover and that it’s nothing but a fake cover which Kushal shared on Instagram. They also added that after having a word with Gauahar, she apparently told the media house that the reason why she cannot take it down is because Kushal shared it and the media will play up that angle one more time. Gauahar wanted to avoid that.
This is the official statement released by Stardust magazine:
“Dear Media,
Stardust would like to clarify that the post of Gauahar Khan on Instagram with the Stardust masthead has nothing to do with us. AJAY DEVGN is gracing the cover of Stardust February issue. We have come across a few articles which state that Gauahar is on the cover, so we would like to clear the air by saying that the news is false.
Gauahar was also contacted for the same by us and unfortunately, she cannot delete the post as she thinks the media will make news of the same and again question her reconciliation with Kushal Tandon.
And Legal action will be taken against the one who has used the masthead without our permission, thus defying our Company Policy.

But soon, there were fresh reports about how the magazine team was planning to file a case against Gauahar. Although we don’t have concrete details about that, the Bigg Boss 7 winner has finally reacted to all such speculations and stories. In a series of videos on her social media handles, she has broken silence on the entire row. She said – “It is absolutely unprofessional and unethical to use a portion of my private conversation over the phone as a quote for the press release. The senior journalist has used my private conversation with him and given it out to the media. The media is waiting to take up such stories and create controversies.”
