Former NZ Cricketer Simon Doull Gets Death Threats From A Fan Of RCB Captained By Virat Kohli

IPL 2019 has started and how. The entire country is busy supporting their favorite team to lift the coveted trophy. However, one team that has once again disappointed its fans and critics is Royal Challengers Bangalore aka RCB. The team has two of World’s best batsman Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers. Virat has been captaining RCB since 2013 but hasn’t lifted the trophy one single time.

Several cricketers have started questioning Virat Kohli’s leadership skills. Recently, former Indian opener Gautam Gambhir said that Virat has been lucky that RCB has retained him as a captain despite him failing to win a title. This statement from former cricketer got him slammed by Virat’s fans.

RCB got to a poor start of IPL 2019 but they still have a chance to change their fortune and lift the trophy. The team is currently placed at the bottom of the points table but it should not bother them too much. RCB now needs to win 8 out of 10 games remaining and they would qualify for the playoffs.

Being a RCB fan is tough, especially this year. However, it seems that a fan named Dharnish Murthy has lost it and not in the mood to take it any further. This time, he threatened former New Zealand pacer Simon Doull who is commentating in IPL 2019. The angry fan messaged Simon Doull,

“F**king think about what are speaking next man.

RCB is not a team who will accept their defeat dude so f**k yourself man.

Don’t ever comment about RCB.

If you do that you will be k**led for sure mate.

F**king noob

1st learn how commentate dude”

Simon Doull took to Twitter and shared the screenshot of the message with a caption,

“Clearly Dharmish is not happy with me @cricbuzz. Not sure what I said but a D**th threat, Really.? It’s only a game of cricket Mate. Chill out.. @ipl”

Fans need to consider this as a game, one team will win and one team will lose but we don’t need to act in this manner.
