John Abraham is intense and impressive when he’s breaking jaws and lifting cars, Tahir Raj Bhasin (in an extension of his Mardaani role) is good and shows his vulnerable side. Sonakshi Sinha’s half-hearted yet decent performance, however, can be partly blamed on her underwritten character. KK is the worst-trained RAW agent without even a fraction of intuition who has to be told to do everything. However, breathtaking aerial shots are Force 2’s biggest attraction.
The film starts as three RAW agents functioning in China are killed due to some unknown reasons. While everyone fails to guess out who the mastermind behind such operations is, and lives of remaining RAW agents in China are in threat, one of the agents, just before death, manages to leave some hints to his childhood friend ACP Yashvardhan (John Abraham), a police officer. Yashvardhan along with Kamaljeet Kaur (Sonakshi Sinha), a functioning RAW official, set out on a mission to Budapest to catch the culprit. As they reach, they encounter Shiv Sharma (Tahir Raj Bhasin); the man behind all the killings. Fearless and sarcastic, Shiv makes no effort to disagree to his crimes but is not ready to surrender either.
