Fatima has struggled a lot to be in the shape of a wrestler Geeta Phogat. She has worked relentlessly to be in the shoes of the character. She has been trained by a professional coach for nearly 6 months. Her hard work is actually visible in the trailer of Dangal.
She also said, “When I was a kid, I didn’t know how I got into acting. When I was growing up, I thought I was getting bored of acting, so I left that. Then after a few years, I started missing it. I left my studies mid-way and I used to give lots of auditions. It has been quite a struggle so far, but it has also been a learning experience.”
Directed by Bhootnath Returns fame, Dangal is all set to hit the theaters on December 23.
