Asmita Sood was born on 20 December 1989 in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. She has completed her graduation in commerce from Delhi University. She belongs to a business family, where her father is a businessman and mother is a house wife. Asmita made her film debut with a telugu movie Aadu Magaadra Bujji opposite Sudheer Babu. She was seen in modelling assignments for Airtel, Vaibhav Jewellers, SBI Credit cards, Uninor, Big Bazaar and many others.
