Ekta Kapoor’s soul-stirring message on Sushant Singh Rajput’s 1-month death anniversary

Today marks exactly one month since the young actor Sushant Singh Rajput lost his life to suicide. Many celebrities remember him and expressed condolences. One of them was big-time producer Ekta Kapoor.

She took to her Instagram to share some old pictures with the late actor while writing, “Rest In Peace sushi!! We will smile and make a wish when we see a shooting star and know it’s u!! Love u forever!!”

It was Ekta, who had launched the actor into the industry as he debuted with the TV show, ‘KisDesh Mein Hai MeraDil’. He became popular with his role as Manav Deshmukh in another one of Balaji’s production titled ‘Pavitra Rishta’, before he set foot in the Bollywood industry.

His last film, with debut director Mukesh Chhabra and leading lady Sanjana Sanghi called ‘Dil Bechara’ is scheduled to stream on Disney+ Hotstar from July 24.
