President Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated IFR 2016 as he embarked on Presidential Yacht INS Sumitra and reviewed the international parade of the fleet at IFR 2016, where 50 countries across the globe came together to participate in a show of prowess and preparedness by the Indian Navy. The President was accompanied by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar and a few others.
