Bigg Boss 11 ended with a bang on 14th January last Sunday. As expected Shilpa Shinde was crowned the winner and Hina Khan ended up first runner-up. However, the latest news floating around suggests that winner has not gone home with the maximum money.
The report suggests that Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlta Hai actress Hina Khan, who was the first runner-up, has ended up taking the biggest amount as compared to Bigg Boss 11 Winner Shilpa Shinde.
According to the report of India Today, Hina took home a whopping amount of Rs. 1.75 Crore as compared to Shilpa Shinde’s Rs. 1.29 Crore. The reports clearly show a huge difference or Rs. 46 Lakh.
A source explained the structure to the tabloid saying, Hina got Rs. 1.25 Crore for first 10 weeks and took Rs. 50 Lakh for last 5 weeks as per her contract. On the other hand, Shilpa Shinde received Rs. 6 Lakh per week for the first 10 weeks and Rs. 5 Lakh for last 5 weeks, which takes total to Rs. 85 Lakh barring the winning prize money of Rs. 44 Lakh.
Now, Hina Khan would be mighty happy as she got the highest amount despite Shilpa winning the show.
