Deepika Padukone, who amazed us with Bajirao Mastani, is all set for yet another historic epic Padmavati. Just like the grand song ‘Deewani Mastani’ in Bajirao Mastani, Deepika will also have a dance number in Padmavati. In the film, she will essay a Ghoomar dance, which seems one of the difficult songs in this film.
As per the reports, the whole Ghoomar song will be shot in the Chittorgarh fort. It took 40 days to erect the sets of this Ghoomar song. Apart from this, Rajasthani paintings were brought on the sets and 400 diyas have been used for the song. Chari dancers, who are also called fire dancers, have been roped in from Kishangarh. Even Terahtaali musicians will give the authenticity to this song.
Deepika Padukone has practiced nearly 45 days to get into the perfect zone. As per the source, “Ghoomar will be the first song SLB shoots for the film, and everything from the visuals, to the sound, to the sets is being carefully planned and put together. It will be a complete royal experience and the final look will leave people spellbound.”
