When there was news of Deepika Padukone playing the role of Saina Nehwal in her biopic, Shraddha Kapoor broke hearts of Deepika’s fans by confirming the news saying that she is playing Saina. In an interview with a leading newspaper, Shraddha said, “Most girls would have played badminton at some point in their lives in school. I feel so lucky to be playing Saina, who is not just among the world’s top badminton players, but also a youth icon. I can’t wait to start prepping for my role.’’

In fact, the Baaghi star has already started working for her role and today we are going to give a good news for all the Deepika’s fans. As per reports, Deepu will have a connection with the biopic of Saina Nehwal. How? Well..Deepika’s dad Prakash Padukone is going to train Shraddha Kapoor in his academy.
A source close to the project revealed, “Shraddha will begin training in badminton under the guidance of a senior coach from Prakash Padukone’s academy. She will be training at a world-class badminton facility in suburban Mumbai and will practice daily till it’s time to kick off the shoot, which is in a few months.”
