Cobrapost Expose Named And Shamed Vivek Oberoi, Sonu Sood, Sunny Leone, Shakti Kapoor, And More, Caught Accepting BRIBE For Political Parties
In one of the most shocking revelations from Cobrapost, Bollywood Celebrities are caught accepting bribes for promoting political parties on camera, that too in cash which is essentially black money. Cobrapost shared some videos of Bollywood stars asking for money in exchange of sharing posts in favor of political parties. They are ready to promote political parties in the upcoming General Election 2019 by taking a bribe. Not only money but Sunny Leone even asked for an overseas visa for her husband Daniel for endorsing political parties.
Those celebrities exposed by the organization are Vivek Oberoi, Sunny Leone, Shakti Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Ganesh Acharya, Abhijeet Bhattacharya, drama queen Rakhi Sawant and many more. The list includes many actors, directors, singers, and choreographers. Only a handful of Bollywood celebrities like Vidya Balan, Arshad Warsi, Saumya Tandon, and Raza Murad refused to take the bribe and refused to get involved.
Cobrapost reporters posing as representatives of political parties approached Bollywood celebrities asking them if they would be open to promoting political parties discreetly on Twitter Instagram and Facebook. The complete list of Bollywood celebrities who were ready to take the money include: Sunny Lenne, Vivek Oberoi, Jackie Shroff, Tisca Chopra, Shakti Kapoor, Sonu Sood, Shreyas Talpade, Amisha Patel, Mahima Chaudhry, Puneet Issar, Surendra Pal, Pankaj Dheer and his son Nikitin Dheer, Deepshikha Nagpal, Akhilendra Mishra, Rohit Roy, Rahul Bhat, Salim Zaidi, Rakhi Sawant, Aman Verma, Hiten Tejwani and wife Gauri Pradhan, Evelyn Sharma, Minissha Lamba, Koena Mitra, Poonam Pandey, Abhijeet Bhattacharya, Kailash Kher, Mika Singh, Baba Sehgal, Raju Srivastava, Sunil Pal, Rajpal Yadav, Upasana Singh, and Krushna Abhishek.
