Currently, he enjoys a massive level of success and stardom; however, things have been different as he has also faced a shaky career graph. To tell you a fact, Salman has given the industry more than 20 flops in his acting career.
Although, these movies were appreciated and loved by the audience, they did not do much at the box office. Some names would be shocking to you as these were actually misunderstood to be good movies.

- Biwi Ho To Aisi:
I still always watch this movie every time it’s being played on the TV channels and it’s just for Salman’s looks. His hairstyle of that time and his cute smile made a big difference in the movie. The movie didn’t work well by the critics.
- Love:
The most magical song of those times, ‘Saathiya, Yeh Tune Kya Kiya’ brought Salman a huge fan following. Boys actually started copying his style of romancing after this movie. Sadly, the movie turned out to be a flop for his career.
- Suryavanshi:
Salman was seen in a different unique character altogether in this thriller/suspense movie. Well, to share a fact, Salman himself doesn’t like to talk much about this movie. The movie was once my favorite.
- Marigold:
Marigold did not bring any crisp of Marie biscuit nor any glitter of gold to the box office. The romantic musical film did not do much at the BO and the audience too rejected their comfort level to watch the movie.
- Andaz Apna Apna:
Andaz Apna Apna was a total shock for the critics as they could write a thesis on every scene. Although, the movie was a flop, it did well to the audience and they all enjoyed it. To tell you a fact, the sequel of this movie is in the pipeline.
- Auzaar:
Auzaar was a directorial debut by Salman’s brother, Sohail Khan. The film’s star casts were, Sanjay Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Shilpa Shetty. Despite, the latkas and jhatkas of Shilpa, the movie did not create much of magic on the bigger screen and turned out to be a flop in Salman’s career.
- Jaanam Samjha Karo:
The gorgeous doll like actress, Urmila Matondkar was casted opposite to Salman Khan in the movie, Jaanam Samjha Karo. The music was released by Anu Malik. Although, the songs were a hit, the movie was a disaster for Salman.
- Chal Mere Bhai:
Again, three glamorous onscreen actors, Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan, and Karishma Kapoor could not spread any charm on screen to the audience. Everything was good about the movie, except for the confirmation of HIT by the box office.
- Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye:
The movie was released in 2000, starring Rani Mukherjee and Salman Khan. It was another flop at the BO. The songs were also not really that appealing to the audience.
- Tumko Na Bhool Payenge:
The movie just made around 8 crore on board according to the Box Office and was turned to be another failure for Salman’s appreciation. No matter how hard the film crew tried to promote the movie, audience actually forgot it.
- Jaane-Mann:
Three stunning actors, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Preity Zinta failed to make the movie a super hit, despite their acting skills. This movie was a downfall for all the three actors together.
- Baabul:
To my dismay, even the Big B of Bollywood, couldn’t save Salman’s movie from drowning. The film’s star casts were, Amitabh Bachchan, Rani Mukherji, Salman Khan, Hema Malini, and John Abraham. Although, the movie was an emotional drama, it got a sad response from the audience.
- Salaam-e-Ishq:
The songs of the movie were really good, but this did not either bring any benefits to Salman for his acting response. He also had his brother, Sohail Khan acted in the movie with him. It was a major loss for the producers as the movie involved a huge star cast.
- God Tussi Great Ho:
The movie was of humor genre with Sohail Khan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, and Big B in it. Despite all these actors, it did not well at the Box Office.
- Heroes:
Again, the movie had a huge list of star cast to cover, but turned to be a downfall for Salman Khan. Although, the movie received good reviews from the critics, it still did not make much profit as expected at the Box Office.
- Yuvvraaj:
Yuvvraaj was produced by the legendary Subhash Ghai. It had the star cast of Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Zayed Khan, and Anil Kapoor as lead actors. Sadly, this movie too was declared as a big flop.
- Main aurr Mrs Khanna:
The movie starred the seductive and sizzling, Kareena Kapoor opposite to Salman Khan. It was co-produced by Sohail Khan. The movie did not do much at the Box Office.
- London Dreams:
London Dreams featuring Salman Khan and Asin was again a big flop for Salman Khan. The movie could not make more than average profit at the Box Office.
- Hello Brother:
The movie was directed by Sohail Khan and people actually loved the performance of Salman Khan. However, luck did not show any favor for Salman even in this movie at the box office.
- Khamoshi:
Khamoshi was a musical, romantic, and emotional love story. The movie starred, Salman Khan and Manisha Koirala as lead actors. Manisha equally worked real hard for the movie, but it was a flop at the Box Office.
