Salman Khan Is Roped In For Ajay Devgn Starrer Shivaay?

Bollywood’s intense hero Ajay Devgn is the first time trying his hands on direction with the movie ‘Shivaay’. Most of the star cast of the film is new except him, so he wants to make sure that the film goes well with the audience. That’s why he is keen to rope in Salman Khan in a big way to give an adrenaline boost to his debut film success.

It has been pretty clear that ‘Shivaay’ will be clashing on the silver screen with ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ on October 28. So, it is obvious that the multi-starrer Karan Johar flick will have an added advantage over ‘Shivaay’, maybe that’s what made Ajay to rope in Salman so that the film gets more audience in their kitty.

According to a source, “The film clashes with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which stars Ranbir Kapoor–Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma. Ajay is keen to have maximum star power for the film and who better than Salman — the biggest crowd-pulling star right now!”

Ajay Devgn, who has a very good relation with Salman Khan, has worked together in ‘London Dreams’. In Ajay’s ‘Son Of Sardaar’ Movie, Salman Khan did a cameo and a song for the ‘Raincoat’ actor. Apparently, Salman will also do a cameo in ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’ with Ajay Devgan.

Well, if Salman nods his head for ‘Shivaay’ also, that means it will give an advantage to ‘Shivaay’ over ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. We also know that ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor, so I don’t think Salman will be linked with that project anyway.

Directed by Ajay Devgn himself, the film also stars Sayyeshaa Saigal, Erika Kumar, and Vir Das. Interestingly, Story of the film is written by Ajay Devgn himself and it would be a treat to see how well he come up as a director in the film.
